While we ensure strict quality checks, we understand that issues can occur during delivery.
This policy explains when and how you can request a replacement or refund.

1. No Return Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for used or worn jewelry under any circumstances.
However, we do offer replacement or refund in certain valid cases mentioned below.

2. Replacement Eligibility
You can request a replacement if:
✔ The product received is damaged
✔ The product is defective
✔ You received the wrong product
✔ The item is missing from your order
Important Conditions:
Replacement request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.
A full unboxing video (without cuts/pauses) is mandatory as proof.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Replacement is subject to availability of stock. If unavailable, a refund will be processed.

3. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only in cases where replacement is not possible, such as:
Product is out of stock
Product is no longer available
Courier partner confirms damage/loss during transit
Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment and may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment gateway.

4. Non-Eligible Cases
Refund or replacement will NOT be issued for:
✖ Tarnishing or fading due to sweat, moisture, perfume, or chemicals
✖ Damage caused after use
✖ Normal wear & tear
✖ Size issues (unless the wrong size was delivered)
✖ Claims without proper unboxing video
✖ Orders placed by mistake
✖ Items bought during sale, clearance, or offer periods (unless damaged/defective)

5. Anti-Tarnish & Plating Disclaimer
All jewelry requires proper care.
Tarnishing or fading may occur over time due to:
Moisture and sweat
Water exposure
Perfumes/lotions
Chemical reactions
Humidity
These natural changes are not covered under replacement or refund.

6. Procedure to Request Replacement/Refund
To raise a valid request, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Email or WhatsApp us within 24–48 hours of delivery
2️⃣ Attach your order ID, clear photos, and unboxing video
3️⃣ Our support team will verify the issue
4️⃣ If approved, we will process replacement/refund
5️⃣ Replacement product will be reshipped within 3–5 days

7. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
Once packed or shipped, cancellation will not be accepted.
Refunds for cancelled orders (if eligible) will be processed in 3–7 business days.

8. Missing or Wrong Items
If an item is missing or a wrong product is delivered:
Report to us within 24 hours
Provide unboxing video as proof
We will reship the correct item without extra charges
