3. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are final and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as mentioned).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for used or worn jewelry.
However, we offer replacement only if:

The wrong product was sent
To be eligible for replacement:
You must raise a request within 24–48 hours of delivery
Unboxing video is mandatory as proof
The product must be unused and in original packaging
Refunds are processed only in cases where replacement is not possible.

While our Anti-Tarnish and Gold-Plated products are made to last longer, their life depends on:
Sweat exposure
Water, perfume, or chemical contact
Storage conditions
No jewelry is completely permanent; fading or tarnishing over time is natural and not considered a manufacturing defect.
